New contact features, video uploads, improved navigation, enhanced data privacy and security, and instant promotions on the Mini Program.
We’ve been hard at work to make your experience with Viva City even better this summer. This latest update brings several new features and improvements designed to help you connect with your community more effectively, with a special focus on data security and privacy.
New Contact Features
We’ve made improvements to how you manage your contacts, with CRM enhancements on your enquiries. You will be able to monitor multiple enquiries sent by a single contact using “OpenId” to identify they’re coming from the same WeChat account. The “Merge Contacts” feature is more intuitive, making it simpler to monitor all their enquiries in one convenient place. We also added an “Activities” page within Contacts and Enquiries, so you can easily see all your notifications with users, whether by SMS or email.
Better Media Support
- Uploading Videos: You can now upload video files to your media library, giving you more options for sharing rich, engaging content with your contacts.
- Improved Image Placeholders: Image placeholders now look cleaner and more professional, providing a better visual experience when images are still loading.
Improved Navigation and User Experience
- Simplified Detail Page: The Detail Page now only shows the essential system ID, helping you find the information you need faster.
- Easy Record-to-Record Navigation: A new way to move between different records on the Detail Page, letting you quickly jump from one record to the next without going back to the main list.
Better Translations
We’ve made key improvements to our translation feature, specifically for testimonials, ensuring they are translated more accurately and naturally.
AI Chat History (Launching soon, only if you have AI chat enabled)
You can now easily view the history of your chats with our AI assistant, helping you reference past discussions and ensuring you never lose a key piece of information.
Enhanced Data Privacy and Security
- Automatic Data Cleanup: We now automatically remove personal information from contacts after a specific time period to protect privacy.
- Secure CSV Processing: When you forward a CSV file from WeChat to our system, it now automatically processes and removes personal information from existing enquiries.
- Improved Data Encryption: A robust new encryption system to keep your customers’ contact information secure.
- You’re in Control: Customers now have the ability to encrypt and decrypt their data.
New Promotion Features
- Instant Promotions on the Mini Program: You can now set up promotions that apply directly to the property details page on the Mini Program, allowing you to quickly launch promotions that users will see as they browse properties.
